Statement of Understanding

    • The graduation robes are not provided by MCT. (If your church chooses to host their own graduation you are responsible for your own robe.)
    • There is a $100.00 late fee on the Student and Administration fees if total of each fees are not received in the MCT Home Office by the due dates listed in the Student Catalog.
    • I should not wait until due dates of Student and Administration fees to pay them, but I should pay periodically on said fees.
    • MCT has religious accreditation, not secular, and I will not receive a 1098-T tax receipt for education. I will, however, receive a tax letter from the MCT satellite extension host church for the giving of finances toward my religious education, which should be tax deductible.
    • If I try to bypass the satellite extension administrator by sending fees (i.e. tuition, curriculum, student or administration) directly to the MCT home office, I will receive a receipt and thank you letter for donating to the Haitian Ministry of MCT.
    • If I am an Associate or Bachelor student of MCT, then I MUST serve a 30 hour intern- ship for the pastor of the hosting church of the MCT satellite extension (at said Pastor’s discretion). If I am a Master student I must submit a 50 page thesis along with a $100 reading fee. If I am a Doctoral student I must submit or 100 page dissertation with a $200 reading fee.
    • I understand that no curriculum will be emailed to me until 3-5 days after my payment has processed. If I receive curriculum from any other source or email other than josh- [email protected] this curriculum will not be accredited or accepted as MCT curriculum.
    • I understand that my diploma will not be released until (at least) 2 WEEKS after ALL my fees and obligations are met and cleared.
    • I understand that my procrastination is not your emergency.

MCT Tuition Financing Contract

Explanation of Fees

Core Fees (8): Curriculum, portion of accreditation/administration/office supplies.

Associate: $80.00 per core curriculum (8)

Bachelor: $90.00 per core curriculum (8)

Master: $100.00 core curriculum (8)

Doctor: $120.00 core curriculum (8)

Core fees due when each of the 8 core curriculum are ordered.

Student Fees: Student services, diplomas, portion of accreditation/administration/office supplies.

Associate: $250.00

Bachelor: $300.00

Master: $350.00

Doctor: $450.00

  • Satellite Extension schools starting January 2022-May 2022: Fees due 09/02/2022.
  • Satellite Extension schools starting .June 2022-December 2022: Fees due 03/03/2023.

There will be a $100 late fee if payment is received after due date.

Administration Fees: Portion of administration/marketing/office supplies.

Associate: $275.00

Bachelor: $325.00

Master: $400.00

Doctor: $550.00

  • Satellite Extension schools starting .January 2022-May 2022: Fees due 11/04/2022
  • Satellite Extension schools starting May 2021-December 2021: Fees due 05/19/2023.

There will be a $100 late fee if payment is received after due date.

Tuition:

Associate: $750.00

Bachelor: $800.00

Master: $1,000.00

Doctor: $1,700.00

Reading Fees:

Master Thesis: $100

Doctoral Dissertation: $200

(Payment must be submitted with thesisor dissertation.)

Portion of tuition due Regent must be sent to Regent as it is collected from student. Any fees paid by student to Satellite Extension using credit card may be charged up to a 5% convenience fee which may be reduced at Pastor’s discretion.

Payment Methods

Student should receive full curriculum for applied for degree when they choose the payment method and submit the required beginning payment for chosen degree.

Student may finish the courses at their own pace and receive the appropriate accredited degree when lessons are completed, and all fees have been paid. If said student finishes their course before the payment period chosen is completed, diploma shall be withheld until full and final payment is made. However, student may choose to apply for funding through EAZE FUNDING. If EAZE funding is approved and received by MCT, student shall receive the appropriate accredited diploma upon completion of said lessons.

Dissertation with $300 Reading fee

EAZE Funding:

You may opt to receive total MCT fee funding with no beginning payment by applying for financial aid with EAZE Funding. Depending on credit rating, (630 minimum and minimum annual income of $40K) funds may be repaid in monthly increments from 36 to 60 months.

Funding is available with a $5,000 minimum total aid amount. If EAZE Funding is applied for, student must enroll in double course levels. Such as:

Associate-Bachelor: $4,965

Bachelor-Master: $5,895

Master-Doctor: $7,910 Plus Thesis and Dissertation with $500 Reading fee.

Associate, Bachelor, Master, Doctor: $12,875 minus 20% discount: $10,300.

Plus Thesis and Dissertation with $500 Reading fee.

Savings of $2,575

If MCT Online student applies for and receives funding for all four levels of study (Associate, Bachelor, Master and Doctor) MCT will give said student a 20% discount toward the total fees. This should help offset the interest required by EAZE Funding.

Two (2) students such as spouses or friends may apply together in order to meet the $5,000 minimum funding.

If you feel your credit rate is not high enough, you may ask a spouse or friend to help with their signature.

If MCT receives the funding from an MCT Online student using EAZE Funding, said student may complete online courses at their own pace and receive the appropriate diploma when all lessons are completed.

There are no pre-pay penalties for said EAZE funds and pre-payment is not required for student to receive diploma with courses are completed.
